Campsite includes water, electricity and septic.  Rates are based on a Family of 2 Adults and 2 children under the age of 18 living in the same household.  Extra adults must pay the visitor fee mentioned below.

All Credit Card Transactions will be

charged a 3% Service Fee of the Total

Seasonal:  $3000.00 without cable

Seasonal Water Site:  $3300.00 without cable

~ Cable & Wi-fi are available at your own expense

through Comcast.  

~Seasonal rate does not include electricity~

~Seasonals DO get an extended camping season~

Visitors:  Rates are per person per day

13 years and over:  $8.00

Under 13 years old: $5.00

Holiday and Big Weekends

13 years and over: $12.00

Under 13 years old: $7.00

Additional Information

~Weekend Reservations require a 2 night minimum
~Holiday Weekend is a 3 night minimum and full payment is required. 

~Check-in is 2:00 p.m.

~Check-out is 12:00 p.m.

~Additional charge of $10.00 for early arrival/late departure if site is available. Sorry, NO late departures available on Friday or Saturday.  

Late Departure must be out by 5:00 p.m.

~Minimum age to register is 21~

~Visitors must check out by 10:00 p.m.

~Refund Policy~

2 Week cancellation is required.  No Exceptions.

~Tent Sites can only be reserved for a maximum of 1 Week

~Monthly Rates are for a 30 day period.

~Rates are subject to change without notice.

~No refunds due to weather or early departure.

~Unfortunately, motorcycles cannot be driven around the campground.

Pets:

Dogs are permitted however, they must be leashed at all times and we ask that you pick up after them.  Please carry a dog bag with you when walking your dog and dispose of any waste properly.  Dog bag stations are located around the campground should you need it.  We ask that you use camping etiquette and control any excessive barking.  Please do not leave dogs unattended.  In addition, please bring a copy of up to date vaccinations.  You will be asked to sign a Waiver of Liability for your pet upon arrival. 

*We maintain the right to ask you to remove the pet from the campground if we feel it is disrupting the enjoyment of other Campers.*

No Pets will be allowed at big activity functions.
